Steps Towards Vastu Serenity: Selecting the Ideal Lot
- Natural Slope/Level Grounds: Seek areas with a gentle slope descending towards the north, northeast, or east. In absence of a natural slope, a level or slightly downward sloping lot towards such favorable directions is preferable.
- Vastu Yard Grading: Ensure your fenced yard (the Vastu) is graded to eliminate contrary slopes.
- Unobstructed Sunrise: Avoid areas with eastern hills that could block the nurturing morning sun.
- Water Body Proximity: Opt for lots situated at least two miles away from large water bodies to the south or west. Our team can provide evaluations for closer smaller water bodies.
- Areas to avoid: Stay away from sites directly near high-tension lines and graveyards.
- Accessible Entrances: Ideal lots should allow entrances from the north or east, ensuring easy access to both the Vastu and house from the east.
- Homeowner’s Association Guidelines: Confirm with the homeowner’s association regarding fencing and east-facing house permissions to comply with Vastu principles.
- Site Evaluation: Identify a potential site and send us its location (preferably marked on Google Earth) for a detailed evaluation on sunrise delay and other vital considerations.
